Product Returns

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.


We will accept returns only with an RMA #. Buyer should notify us no later than 2 days after receipt of merchandise if a return is desired. The RMA # is valid for 14 days and the returned item(s) must be received by before expiration of the RMA #. It is not possible for returns outside of this time frame. No exceptions.


Returns are only available if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) is issued by after the purchasing party (the person placing the order) contacts our Customer Service Department. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

A reasonable restocking fee of 15% of the amount paid for items on the original order is charged on all returns.

If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your credit/debit card account that was used at on the original order. Credit will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the un-damaged, un-used, preferably un-opened item, complete with original packaging materials. The refund total will be the item(s) amount on the original order minus the 15% restocking fee. Shipping and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded. The refund amount will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. The return shipping charges to send the item back to are the responsibility of the person requesting the RMA. NO CREDIT CAN BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA. WITHOUT AN RMA #, A PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED TO YOU IF OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT RECEIVES A RETURN. Please do not send an item without requesting an RMA #.
